Shipping & Return policy.
Shipping -
All orders are shipped using our preferred courier partner within the stipulated time specified on each product page. Orders are shipped free of cost using the Standard delivery option.
We do not accept Cash On Delivery as a payment option. We only accept Pre-paid orders.
Orders once dispatched will take 7-10 days to be delivered to you. Oshi By Shikha is not liable for any delays once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please understand that we rely on our courier partners to fulfil the shipping process.
Cancellation & Refunds -
All orders are ‘Made'-to-order’ after detailed discussions with the client. Hence we do not entertain cancellation or refund requests.
Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled. Please double-check the order details before confirming your order.
Returns -
Products once bought cannot be returned or replaced.

In case of damage during shipping:
Any product that has been damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else Oshi By Shikha will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
